South Yuba River State Park is located in California about 35 miles northeast
of Marysville and about 15 miles northwest of Grass Valley/Nevada City.
The park features a covered bridge over the South Yuba River and trails along the river
and its sandy (or muddy, depending on weather and season) beaches. The park has a visitor center.
